Each user is permitted to hold only one active kp888 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, address, device, payment method, or IP address — are strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure.
All kp888 bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Bonus terms — including minimum odds, eligible games, and time limits — are stated on each individual promotion page and form part of these Terms.
kp888 processes all withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Processing times and minimum amounts are defined in the Payments section.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp888 login credentials. Any activity carried out through your account — whether authorised or not — remains your responsibility until you notify kp888 support of a breach.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and kp888 ("kp888", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at kp888.ws. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the kp888 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the kp888 platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms apply to all products and services offered by kp888, including but not limited to sports betting (cricket, PSL, international fixtures), live casino games, slot games, fishing arcade games, and any other gaming or wagering product made available on the kp888 platform from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any betting or gaming activity on kp888. This requirement is strictly enforced. kp888 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time to verify a User's age. Where a User is found to be under the age of 21, the account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any funds derived from betting activity may be forfeited in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) active kp888 Account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, claiming multiple bonuses, or any other reason is strictly prohibited. kp888 employs technical and manual methods to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts involved may be closed and balances may be voided.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
kp888 does not knowingly accept registrations from users located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the kp888 Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. kp888 accepts no liability for Users who access the Platform from Restricted Territories.
Important: Registering with false age or identity information is a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities. kp888 takes its KYC obligations seriously and will not process withdrawals until identity verification is satisfactorily completed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kp888 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. kp888 will treat all activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — as your responsibility until you notify us in writing of any unauthorised access.
You agree to notify kp888 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, or if your login credentials have been compromised. kp888 strongly recommends the use of a unique, strong password for your account and discourages the use of shared devices or public networks when accessing the Platform.
kp888 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a valid government-issued identification card (CNIC for Pakistani users), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension. KYC verification is mandatory prior to processing any withdrawal.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. kp888 reserves the right to levy an inactivity maintenance fee of PKR 200 per month on inactive accounts where a balance is held. Users will be notified by email before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance after twelve months of inactivity may be closed at kp888's discretion.
kp888 accepts deposits in PKR via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500. Deposits are credited to your kp888 Account balance upon confirmation of receipt. kp888 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside kp888's control.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 1,000. All withdrawals are subject to completed KYC verification. kp888 processes approved withdrawal requests to mobile wallets (JazzCash, EasyPaisa) within approximately two (2) business hours under normal operating conditions, and bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days.
kp888 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is a pending investigation into the account; (c) bonus wagering requirements have not been met; or (d) the account is under a self-exclusion or cooling-off period. kp888 may reverse a withdrawal request back to the account balance if it cannot be processed within a reasonable time.
kp888 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, kp888 may hold funds pending investigation and, where required, report the matter to relevant authorities.
From time to time, kp888 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game restrictions, and expiry periods that are communicated at the time of each promotion. These specific terms, when accepted, form part of this Agreement.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, bonus funds must be wagered before real-money funds where both are held in the same account balance.
kp888 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus where it determines, at its reasonable discretion, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses via duplicate accounts, placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements, systematic exploitation of promotional mechanics, or any pattern of betting behaviour that kp888 determines is inconsistent with genuine recreational play.
kp888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Once a bonus has been credited to an Account and the User has commenced wagering activity under that promotion, the terms applicable at the time of crediting will continue to apply for that bonus instance.
kp888 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Maximum bet limits apply to all markets and may vary by event, market type, and User account standing. These limits are dynamic and may change without notice.
Where a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — including but not limited to pricing errors caused by technical malfunction, human error, or data feed failure — kp888 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account. This applies whether the error is identified before or after settlement of the relevant event.
All casino and slot games on kp888 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology independently audited by third-party testing agencies. Live casino games are streamed from licensed studio facilities. Game results are final once confirmed by the system. In the event of a disconnection during a live game, the outcome determined by the game server at the point of disconnection will be treated as the final result.
All sports betting — including PSL cricket, international Test matches, ODIs, and T20Is — is governed by kp888's specific Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately on the Platform and incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of conflict between the Sports Betting Rules and these Terms, the Sports Betting Rules will prevail in respect of betting matters.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kp888 Platform. Users found engaging in any of the following may have their accounts suspended, balances voided, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

All content on the kp888 Platform — including but not limited to the kp888 brand name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of kp888 or its licensed content partners. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of kp888. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any intellectual property rights in any content or materials accessed through it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp888 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Platform; (b) any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services; (c) errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in Platform content; (d) unauthorised access to your Account; or (e) any third-party conduct or content.
kp888's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit kp888's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Pakistani Users: Where local consumer protection statutes in Pakistan provide rights that cannot be excluded by contract, those rights are not affected by these Terms. kp888 acknowledges its obligations under applicable international gaming licence conditions.
kp888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, kp888 may freeze Account funds pending investigation and is under no obligation to release funds until the investigation is concluded.
Users may close their kp888 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of pending bonus wagering obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the User's verified payment method within ten (10) business days, subject to completed KYC.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which kp888 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through kp888's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution framework.
Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under the applicable laws of your country of residence where those rights cannot be excluded by a choice of law clause.
kp888 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, kp888 will provide at least fourteen (14) days' notice by email to the address registered on your Account and/or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
